Dave "The Head Honcho" Drummond

David has been helping people achieve their financial goals since 1999. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. David is known among his peers, friends and family as an innovative thinker who invites and tackles challenges without defeat. He wants for his clients what he wants for himself- to work efficiently and effectively to enjoy the many facets of life. His ambitious nature has enabled him to create his own firm DLD Financial Group Ltd. David also created "The Strategic Planning ApproachTM" to provide clients with a goal oriented planning process that provides clarity and optimizes opportunities. David is a member of Advocis www.advocis.com, and has been a qualifier for the Million Dollar Round Table since 2001. David lives in a household of girls along with his wife Shannon and his two daughters, Sydney and Brianna. Much of his spare time is spent traveling, boating, playing hockey, and attending activities with his kids.

Kelly "The Focused Smarty-Pants" Ho

Upon graduation from the University of British Columbia in 2005, Kelly joined the DLD Financial client service team. As a life insurance and investment fund advisor, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and practical experience to her role. Among her peers, friends and family, Kelly is best known for her commitment to leadership in the community, professional excellence and her passion for helping others.

Kelly is an active member of her industry professional association, Advocis, as well as a longstanding Kiwanis Club of Vancouver member who has carved her niche in the organization by working extensively in the area of youth initiatives.

Elaine "The Sweet Get 'er Done Girl" Ma

Elaine graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2007 and entered the financial services industry that same year. Shortly after, she joined the DLD client service team as the Administrative Coordinator and is now the Director of Client Services.

Elaine is both life and mutual fund licensed and has earned her LOMA certificates and ACS and AIAA diplomas. She continually strives to provide exceptional client service while building her technical expertise through industry courses. In her spare time, Elaine teaches piano in her private music studio and enjoys travelling, baking, and practicing yoga.

Shannon "The Creative Pot Stirrer" Barnes

Shannon has been the marketing "go-to-girl" for DLD Financial since its doors opened. She is a graduate of SFU and has worked with many companies to help them reorganize and establish initiatives to retain and maintain desired clients. Shannon strives to encourage an environment that fosters creativity, dedication, and the constant pursuit of new ideas.

An entrepreneur in her own right, Shannon has created an internationally recognized greeting card company, Flaunt Handmade Correspondences. Being a business owner enables her to give perspective and expertise when called to action for DLD.

If Shannon is not trying to be "super mom" to her 3 and 6 year old girls, you'll find her playing outside, enjoying wine with friends and family, traveling the world or brainstorming her next business venture.
